Terms of Service

By accessing limitlesswalk.com, joining the waitlist, or using any Limitless service (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Limitless is currently in pre-launch. The Limitless app is not yet generally available.

Descriptions of planned functionality on the website represent our current product vision. Features, pricing, availability, beta access, integrations, and launch dates may change, and some may never be offered. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a particular feature, or a particular price.

Limitless is being designed as an immersive walking experience that may combine visual worlds, music, coaching, and social features. During pre-launch, the Services consist of the public website, the waitlist, and related communications.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18 or the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Certain future features may have additional age requirements.

When accounts become available, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully or to harm, harass, or impersonate others.
• Submit false information, including fake or automated waitlist signups or referral abuse.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Services except as permitted by law.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights.

Limitless is intended for general wellness and entertainment. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Consider consulting an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you have questions or concerns about your ability to participate safely.

Always remain aware of your surroundings while using Limitless. Do not use visual, audio, augmented-reality, mobile-device, or other features in a manner that distracts you from traffic, vehicles, pedestrians, terrain, weather, obstacles, or other hazards. Follow applicable laws, posted signs, closures, and property restrictions. Do not enter private, restricted, closed, or unsafe areas based on a Limitless experience or recommendation.

Walk only where it is safe and lawful, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You are responsible for your own safety while walking.

Any routes, maps, distances, or location-based information provided through the Services are for general guidance only and may be inaccurate or out of date. Real-world conditions may differ. Use your own judgment and obey local laws, signs, and property rights.

Limitless does not guarantee that a route, trail, sidewalk, destination, or location is safe, accessible, open to the public, accurately mapped, or appropriate for a particular user. Real-world conditions always take priority over information displayed through the Services.

Some features may use artificial intelligence to generate content such as coaching messages, narration, or music suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and it is not professional advice. Use your own judgment before relying on it.

AI-generated content should not be treated as medical, health, safety, legal, financial, emergency, navigation, or other professional advice.

Future features may let you connect third-party services, such as music platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their availability.

If you submit content through the Services, you retain ownership of your original content. You grant Terra LineUp, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, display, and distribute your content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, and enable the Services and the features you choose to use. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit that content.

The Services, including the Limitless name, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, are owned by Terra LineUp, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as needed to use the Services as intended.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

No purchases or subscriptions are available during pre-launch. If paid plans are offered in the future, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented to you before you buy.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including the waitlist, planned features, and launch timing. We are not liable for any such change.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Terra LineUp, Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Services and unsubscribe from our emails at any time. We may suspend or end your access, including removing you from the waitlist, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the laws of your place of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the ‘Last Updated’ date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law. The updated Terms will become effective as stated in the updated version.
