Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with the Limitless website at limitlesswalk.com and related services (the “Services”).

Limitless is currently in pre-launch. This policy separates the limited information we collect today from information that future Limitless features may collect once those features launch.

During pre-launch, we collect only the information you choose to give us when you join the waitlist or contact us:

• Your email address.
• Your first name, if you provide it.
• Optional preferences you select, such as walk worlds or features that interest you.
• Referral information, if you arrive through or share a referral link.
• The content of messages you send to us by email.

We do not currently collect health data, precise GPS location, wearable or fitness-device data, photos, videos, or music-service account data through the public website.

When you visit the website, we and our service providers automatically receive standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the referring page, approximate region derived from IP address, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the website.

When the Limitless app and its features launch, some features may need additional information, such as account details, walk activity, location, fitness information, or connected music accounts. We will only collect that information after the relevant feature is available and after we give appropriate notice and, where required, ask for your permission (for example, through device location or health-data permission prompts).

We will update this policy before any such collection begins.

• To manage the waitlist and track your place and referrals.
• To send launch updates, early-access invitations, and related communications you signed up for.
• To respond to questions and support requests.
• To understand how visitors use the website and improve it.
• To protect the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not currently collect precise location. We may infer an approximate region from your IP address. Future features, such as walk tracking or route guidance, may request precise location from your device; that will only happen with your permission, which you can withdraw through your device settings.

We do not currently collect fitness, health, or wellness information. If future features offer step counts, distance, pace, heart rate, or similar data, including from wearables or health platforms, we will explain what is collected and ask for your permission first. Limitless is not a medical service.

Limitless plans to use artificial intelligence to power features such as motivational coaching, narration, and music suggestions. When those features are available, information needed to generate a response may be processed by AI service providers acting on our behalf. We do not currently use information collected through the waitlist to train AI models.

We use service providers to run the website and waitlist, including providers for:

• Website hosting and database storage.
• Sending email.
• Website analytics (Google Analytics).

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. Future features may connect to services such as music platforms or payment processors; those connections will only be made if you choose to use them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed and interactions). The website also stores small settings in your browser, such as your theme preference. We do not currently use advertising pixels.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We keep waitlist information for as long as the waitlist and launch communications continue, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email address only as needed to honor that choice. We keep other information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing.

To make a request, email support@limitlesswalk.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Terra LineUp, Inc. is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than where you live.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when new features launch. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
